Note:
Even though the Guided Walks are part of your package, It is up to you to do these walks. We encourage you to do so, but if you rather stay at the Villa and relax next to the pool, we are totally fine with that.

The main focus on this Fitness Retreat is to teach you how to work and improve the 11 components of fitness.
We use Dynamic meditation in the mornings, strength training/ circuit training in the afternoons - you can also do some Hiking on your free time - and then you can relax all you want.
A complete menu of nutritional food will be offered to help you detoxified your body and improve your metabolism while optimizing a healthy and sustainable weight loss.
This program is ideal for those that wish to lose weight, improve muscle tone and strength, improve flexibility, balance and coordination, as well as relieve of stress, and a complete state of well-being.
All levels of fitness are welcome. Modifications are offered to all fitness levels.
