Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 cups of cauliflower rice, raw (I use Green Giant brand in the US)
2 Tbsp Coconut flour
1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup motzarella cheese
1 egg
Filling:
1 big tomato, sliced
1/2 cup sweet onions, sliced
1 cup fresh chopped spinach
1/2 cup fresh red sweet pepper
1 1/2 cup pre-cooked shrimps, chopped
1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Crushed Red dry hot pepper
1 cup motzarella chesse
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
