Ingredients

For the Crust: 

2 cups of cauliflower rice, raw (I use Green Giant brand in the US)

2 Tbsp Coconut flour

1/4 cup of green onions, chopped 

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup motzarella cheese

1 egg


​Filling:

1 big tomato, sliced

1/2 cup sweet onions, sliced

1 cup fresh chopped spinach 

1/2 cup fresh red sweet pepper

 1 1/2 cup pre-cooked shrimps, chopped

1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

​Crushed Red dry hot pepper  

1 cup motzarella chesse 

Salt and pepper to taste​


​​Instructions


  • Mix all the ingredients for the crust. I like to use my hand to mix this recipe because it helps me get a better idea of the consistence. I don't want it too wet or too dry.
  • In a buttered deep baking dish press gently the cawliflower mixture to make the crust.
  • Bake 10 minutes in the middle of the oven, at 400 degres. Remove from oven and let it set.
  • Layer the filling on the order giving. 
  • Top with 1 cup of mozarella and Parmesan chesse 
  • Bake for another 10 minutes.
