All levels of fitness are welcome. Modifications offered for all fitness levels.
Everyone goes to the same classes throughout the day.
Classes are held outdoors.
I encourage you to bring your own Yoga mat, although one can be provided.
PICNIC BASKET
Enjoy the special Picnic Basket packed with delicious fresh local food. Discover how a day of fresh Local Vegetarian food taste like. You will be hooked.
Single or double. Blanket and umbrella provided.
Boot Camp is exclusively limited to 10 people each week.
