​​​​PROTEIN SHAKE  WITH STRAWBERRIES & BLUEBERRIES  

 

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1- 2  scoops of Protein( whey/ hemp/ soy, etc..)
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries.   
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp almonds or flax seeds.


Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in the blender for a couple of minutes.  Enjoy!.

PROTEIN SHAKE WITH OATS & BERRIES 

Serves: 2


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup coconut milk/ almond milk
  • 1 cup berries( blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp of raw Oatmeal 


Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to the blender, mix, and 
enjoy!
